At The Beauty House every appointment is reserved exclusively for you to ensure we can provide the highest level of service. To all our clients we kindly ask that you respect our appointment policies.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise, however providing adequate notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client in need of our services.

• To ensure a smooth, relaxing and timely experience for all clients we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• Early arrival allows time for consultations, paperwork and preparation before your treatment begins.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment time adjusted to avoid delays for subsequent appointments.
• Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and may need to be rescheduled.
• If you anticipate being late please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any prior notice ("no-shows") may be required to pay a booking deposit before future appointments can be scheduled.

At The Beauty House we currently accept Cash and EFT payments only.

All EFT payments must be completed before leaving the salon and proof of payment must be provided at the time of payment.
